Michael 2 was the husband of Euanthia 1 (and son-in-law of Philaretos 1, St Philaretos), he was father of Anthis 1, Niketas 7, Petros 4, Philaretos 2, Kosmou 1 and Hypatia 2: Niketas, Vita S.Philareti, p. 141, line 24 (καὶ ὁ τούτων πατὴρ Μιχαήλ).
