Zotikos 1 was bishop of Bareta in Asia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 154, no. 80 (= Mansi XI 993) (Ζωτικὸς ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Βαρέτων τῆς Ἀσιανῶν ἐπαρχίας). In Mansi the name was misspelt as Zotios; see Zotios 1.
