Staurakios 26 was a spatharios; husband of Anonyma 68 and father of Soterichos 9; addressee of a letter of condolence from Theodore the Stoudite (Theodoros 15) written in c. 806/807 on the death of his son, his first born: Theod. Stud., Ep. 18, pp. 49-51 (addressed Σταυρακίῳ σπαθαρίῳ). He was the son of either a patrikios or a protospatharios; see Soterichos 9, and cf. Anonymus 575 and Anonymus 576. Possibly identical with Staurakios 5.
