Konstantinos 291 is named in a list of bishops, possibly metropolitan bishops of Nikaia, in the Synodikon of Orthodoxy: Gouillard, Synodikon, p. 102, I, and see commentary, pp. 268-269. He is named after Theophanes (perhaps Theophanes 6), Philippos 18 and Ignatios 23.
