Konstantinos 270 was a layman, possibly a lay brother, who was the addressee of a letter from Theodore the Stoudite (Theodoros 15), written between 815 and 818, in which he is thanked for the gifts he had sent and is called a "Lily of Orthodoxy"; Theodoros 15 alludes also to his family (πανοικί: p. 501, line 9): Theod. Stud., Ep. 369, p. 501 (addressed Κωνσταντίνῳ λαϊκῷ). Possibly identical with Konstantinos 268.
