Ioulianos 19 was apo hypaton and genikos kommerkiarios of the apotheke of both provinces of Cilicia; owner of a seal dated to a first indiction in the reign of the emperor Justinian II (Ioustinianos 1) (i.e. to 687/688): Zacos and Veglery 159. The name and titles read: Ἰουλιανοῦ ἀπὸ ὑπάτων καὶ γενικοῦ κομμερκιαρίου ἀποθήκης ἑκατέρας Κιλικίας.
Probably identical with Ioulianos apo hypaton and genikos kommerkiarios of the apotheke of Cilicia, who owned a seal dated to a fifth indiction in the reign of the emperor Justinian II (Ioustinianos 1) (i.e. 691/692): Zacos and Veglery, Seals, p. 149. The name and title read: Ἰουλιανοῦ ἀπὸ ὑπάτων καὶ γενικοῦ κομμερκιαρίου ἀποθήκης Κιλικίας.
