Georgios 251 was patriarch of Antioch; he succeeded Macedonius (Makedonios 1) and was succeeded by Makarios 1; he was apparently patriarch for five years: Eutychius Alex. 1096, 1108, and cf. Grumel, Chronologie, p. 447.
