A deaconess, Epiphania 1 broke her vows in order to marry Hadrianos 6; they were both anathematised at a Council held at Rome on 5 April 721: Council of Rome 721 (Mansi XII 261), and see Duchesne, Lib. Pont., p. 413, n. 31 (referring to canons 14 to 16 of the Council).
