Anonymus 127 was son of Mardanshah 1; Anonymus 127 and his father were Christians at Nisibis and were governors there in the time of Abdulmalik 1 until Muhammad 2 began to persecute the leaders of Christians in Mesopotamia and had them both crucified: Chron. 1234, ยง148 (p. 294).
