Zacharias 4 was bishop of Lagenoi in Pamphylia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 168, no. 211 (= Mansi XI 1004) (Ζαχαρίας ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Λαγίνων τῆς Παμφύλων ἐπαρχίας).
