Zacharias 3 was bishop of Antiocheia in Isauria; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 159, no. 130 (= Mansi XI 997) (Ζαχαρίας ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ἀντιοχείας). He is listed among the Isaurian bishops.
