Theophylaktos 120 was a monk; he was the joint-addressee with Athanasios 21 of a letter from Ignatius the Deacon (Ignatios 9): Ignatius Diac., Ep. 31 (addressed Θεοφυλάκτῳ καὶ Ἀθανασίῳ μοναχοῖς). The content of the letter shows that it was actually sent to Athanasios alone. Theophylaktos was presumably a close associate of Athanasios 21.
