Theophylaktos 104 was metropolitan bishop of Soteropolis; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2540. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τ]ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Θεο[φ] - υλακτ' μ[η] - [τ]ροπ' Σω[τ] - ηρωπ'. The name and title read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ μητροπολίτῃ Σωτηροπόλεως.
