Theophylaktos 94 was a basilikos protospatharios and chartoularios of the vestiarion; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century (Zacos and Veglery), possibly to the first half (Laurent): Zacos and Veglery 2544 = Laurent, Corpus II, no. 693. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. The name and titles read: According to Laurent, this man may be identifiable with Theophylaktos 98.
