Theoktistos 13 was a patrikios, basilikos protospatharios and magistros; owner of a seal dateable to the first half of the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2498. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοκ - τιστω πα - τρ' β' α' σπ' - (και) μαγι'. The name and titles read: Θεοκτίστῳ πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ μαγίστρῳ.
