Theodosios 69 was a basilikos protospatharios and komes of the Opsikion; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2474A. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: [Θ]εοδο - [σ]ιω β' α' σπ - [(καὶ)] κομ του Ο - ψικιου. The name and title read: Θεοδοσίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ κόμητι τοῦ Ὀψικίου.
