Theodosios 28 was bishop of Athens; owner of two seals (probably from the same boulloterion), dateable to the early eighth century: DOSeals II 9.4 = Laurent, Corpus V 1, no. 587 = Likhachev, IZIGI, p. 118, fig. 261. Obv.: Virgin holding Child, between invocative monograms of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: <+> [Θ]εοδο - [σ]ίῳ ἐπις - κόπῳ Ἀ - θινῶν (sic).
