Theodosios 6 was bishop of Psibela in Lycaonia; in 681 he attended the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) and was present at the last eight sessions (sessions eleven to eighteen, from 20 March to 16 September): Riedinger, pp. 406-829 (= Mansi XI 460-680). In the subscriptions to the statement of the faith, which condemned monotheletism, and to the Council, he is styled Θεοδόσιος ἐλάχιστος (so Riedinger, p. 794, line 29 (= Mansi XI 653); Riedinger, p. 829, line 3 (= Mansi XI 680) reads: ἐλέει Θεοῦ) ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ψιβήλων τῆς Λυκαονίας (so Riedinger, p. 794, line 29 (= Mansi XI 653); Riedinger, p. 829, line 3 (= Mansi XI 680) reads: πόλεως Ψιβήλων τῆς Λυκαόνων ἐπαρχίας): Riedinger, p. 794, line 29, p. 829, line 3 (= Mansi XI 653, 680).
