Obv.: patriarchal cross on four steps, with an inscription reading: Κε βοηθ' τω σω δουλ'. Rev.: ... - Θεοδ - ορω υπατ' - και διυκ' - Νακολ' - ..... The name and titles read: Θεοδόρῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ διυκητῇ Νακολείας.
