Theodoros 321 was a monk and hegoumenos of an unidentified monastery (probably in Bithynia); he was an acquaintance of St Ioannikios (Ioannikios 2); he knew about the saint's miraculous exploits and used to describe them for the benefit of others; he took one doubter to meet Ioannikios 2 in person, and during the visit Ioannikios 2 performed a miracle involving a wild bear: Sabas, Vita Ioannicii 39 (Θεόδωρος δέ τις μοναχὸς καὶ ἡγούμενος). Ioannikos 2 was perhaps living near the monastery of Antidios at the time; cf. Ioannikios 2.
