Theodoros 312 was a patrikios and eparch; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2447 = Laurent, Corpus II, no. 1006. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοδωρω - πατρικιω - (και) επαρξηω, with a cross with tendrils above and below.
