Theodoros 262 was a hypatos and eparch of Thessalonike; owner of a seal dateable to the first half of the eighth century: Seyrig 196. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ ἐπάρχῳ Θεσσαλονίκης. The arrangement of the obverse closely resembles that on the seal belonging to Theodoros 254; the seals may therefore have belonged to one and the same individual.
