Theodoros 142 was a topoteretes of Katana; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 215 = p. 370-371, no. 2 (from Salinas, "Sigilli diplomatici"). The text given by Schlumberger reads: Θεοτόκε βοήθει (in cruciform monogram) τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ τοποτηριτῇ Κατάνης.
