Theodoros 57 was bishop of Erymna in Pamphylia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 157, no. 107 (= Mansi XI 996) (Θεόδωρος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ὀρυμνῶν τῆς Παμφύλων ἐπαρχίας).
