Theodoros 56 was bishop of Thermae (probably Basilika Therma) in Cappadocia Prima; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 153, no. 67 (= Mansi XI 993) (Θεόδωρος ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Θερμῶν τῆς πρώτης τῶν Καππαδοκῶν ἐπαρχίας).
