Theodoros 41 was bishop of Ibora in Helenopontos; in 681 he attended the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) and was present at two of the last three sessions (sessions sixteen and eighteen, on 9 August and 16 September): Riedinger, pp. 690-828 (= Mansi XI 616-680). In the list of subscriptions to the statement of the faith, which condemned monotheletism, he is styled Θεόδωρος ἐλέει Θεοῦ ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ἰβώρων: Riedinger, p. 790, line 5 (= Mansi XI 648). The old Latin version printed in Riedinger calls his see "
Possibly identical with Theodoros, bishop of Ibora, owner of a seal dateable to the early eighth century: Laurent, Corpus V 1, no. 429. Obv.: traces of an unidentifiable image and the letters -δι- or -αι-. Rev.: cruciform monogram of Θεοδώρου and the legend ἐπ[ισ]κόπου Ἰβώ[ρω]ν.
