Symeon 26 was hegoumenos of an unnamed monastery; addressee of a letter from Theodoros 15 (Theodore the Stoudite) written in c. 808; he is styled ἡ τιμία σου πατρότης (p. 71, line 3): Theod. Stud., Ep. 26, pp. 71-72 (addressed Συμεὼν ἡγουμένῳ).
