Stratonikios 2 was a basilikos spatharios and epi ton deeseon; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2402 = Laurent, Corpus II, no. 237. The name and titles read: [Στρατο]νικίῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν δεήσεων. The name is read by Laurent as: [Ιωαν]νικίῳ.
