Strategios 11 was a komes of the korte of Hellas; owner of a seal dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth: Zacos and Veglery 2398. The name and title read: [Στρατ]ηγίῳ κόμητι τῆς κόρτης Ἑλλάδος (or possibly [Στρατ]ηγίῳ κόμης (sic) κόρτης Ἑλλάδος).
