Sergios 14 was bishop of Andrapa in Helenopontus; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 158, no. 116 (= Mansi XI 997) (Σέργιος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ἀνδράπων). Andrapa was in Helenopontus.
