Sergios 13 was bishop of Gangra in Paphlagonia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople, where he signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 147, no. 28 (= Mansi XI 989) (Σέργιος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Γαγγρηνῶν μητροπόλεως ἐπαρχίας Παφλαγονίας). Sergios 13 is possibly identical with Sergios 77.
