Ploutinos 7 was a basilikos mandator; owner of a seal dateable to the first half of the eighth century (possibly however to the middle or late eighth century, according to Seibt, Bleisiegel I, p. 341): Zacos and Veglery 2334. The name and title read: Πλουτίνῳ βασιλικῷ μανδάτωρι.
