Platon 7 was the bishop of Sebaste in Phrygia Pacatiana; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 164, no. 172 (= Mansi XI 1001) (Πλάτων ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Σεβαστῆς Πακατιανῆς).
