Petros 13 was bishop of Cumae in Campania; he was one of the hundred and twenty-five Western bishops who attended the Council of Rome at Easter 680, and who subscribed the decree condemning monotheletism: Riedinger II 2. 140, lines 20-22 (= Mansi XI 300) (Πέτρος χάριτι Θεοῦ ἐπίσκοπος τῆς ἁγίας ἐν Κούμῃ ἐκκλησίας ἐπαρχίας Καμπανίας).
