Narses 3 was archbishop of an unnamed see; owner of a seal dateable to the sixth or seventh century: Laurent, Corpus V 1, 957 = Gray Birch, BMSeals, no. 18013. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Ναρσοῦ. Rev.: cruciform monogram of ἀρχιεπισκόπου. The resolutions of the monograms are given as certain by Laurent, but on the obverse monogram the rho occurs twice and on the reverse monogram there is apparently no alpha.
