Michael 116 was basilikos vestitor and protonotarios; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century (Zacos and Veglery), possibly the first half (Laurent): Zacos and Veglery 2207 = Laurent, Corpus II, no. 163. The name and titles read: Μιχαὴλ βασιλικῷ βεστίτορι καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ.
