Michael 107 was basilikos kandidatos and droungarios of the basilikon ploïmon; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2179A. The name and title read: Μιχαὴλ βασιλικῷ κανδιδάτῳ καὶ δρουγγαρίῳ τοῦ βασιλικοῦ πλοΐμου. The reading of the last title is not certain.
