Marinos 14 was bishop of Urbinum (in Umbria); he was represented by the priest Gregorios 76 at the Council of Rome in 769: Lib. Pont. 96. 17 ("Gregorius presbiter, locum praestante Marini, episcopi civitate Urbino"). He and Gregorios 76 are named thirty-ninth and last in the list of bishops and clergy from Italy.
