Longinos 3 was bishop of Misthia in Lykaonia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 166, no. 194 (= Mansi XI 1004) (Λογγῖνος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Μιστιανῶν πόλεως Λυκαόνων ἐπαρχίας).
