Leo 219 was basilikos spatharios and strategos of Peloponnesos; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century, possibly the first half according to Seibt: Zacos and Veglery 2145C. The name and titles read: Λέοντι βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Πελοποννήσου. On the date and the possible identification of this man with Leo Skleros (Leo 17), see Seibt, Skleroi 21.
