Leo 99 was a hegoumenos; owner of a seal perhaps dateable to the sixth or seventh century (Schlumberger calls it "ce curieux sceau d'époque ancienne"): Schlumberger, Sig., p. 397, no. 10 (facsimile) = Konstantopoulos, JIAN 6, 253. Obv.: + - Χ(ριστο)ς ἐς - τω μ - ου φυλ - αξ+. Rev.: + - Λεων(τι) - εγου - μαι(νῳ) - +. The seal was in the Archaeological Museum of Athens when Schlumberger published it; Konstantopoulos evidently found it still there.
