Kyprianos 2 was bishop of Arretium (Arezzo, in Tuscia); he was one of the hundred and twenty-five Western bishops who attended the Council of Rome at Easter 680, and who subscribed the decree condemning monotheletism: Riedinger, p. 152, lines 10-12 (= Mansi XI 309-310) (Κυπριανὸς ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς ἁγίας ἐκκλησίας Ἀρετήνης; the old Latin version printed in Riedinger, p. 153, line 7 (= Mansi XI 310) calls him "
