Kosmas 46 was a patrikios and strategos; owner of a seal dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth: Zacos and Veglery 2084. The name and titles read: Κοσμᾷ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ. Possibly identical with Kosmas 43 (according to the editors of Seyrig 188).
