Kosmas 25 was an apo hypaton and kommerkiarios of Cappadocia; owner of a seal dated to a fourth indiction in the reign of the emperor Constans II (Konstans 1), i.e. 660/661: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 279, no. 8 (= Mordtmann, Rev. Arch. 33, 1877, I, p. 292). Schlumberger gives no text.
