Kosmas 10 was the bishop of Dometiopolis (Domitiopolis) in Isauria; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 159, no. 133 (= Mansi XI 1000) (Κοσμᾶς ἐλέῳ θεοῦ ἐπίσκοπος Δομετιουπόλεως). He is listed among the Isaurian bishops.
