Konstantinos 274 was bishop of Tymandos in Pisidia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 166, no. 198 (not in Mansi) (Κωνσταντῖνος ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Τυμανδῶν πόλεως τῆς Πισίδων ἐπαρχίας).
