Konstantinos 251 was bishop of, perhaps, Pompeioupolis; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 1800B. The name and title read: Κωνσταντίνῳ ἐπισκόπῳ Πομπηϊουπόλεως. Of the city name all that survives are the letters: Π....ιου... There were two cities called Pompeioupolis, one in Cilicia, one in Paphlagonia.
