Konstantinos 219 was basilikos spatharios and domestikos of the Exkoubiton; owner of two seals dateable to the second half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 3095a and b. The name and titles read: Κωνσταντίνῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ δομεστίκῳ τοῦ Ἐξκουβίτου.
