Konstantinos 95 was hypatos and oikonomos; owner of a seal dateable to the iconoclast period (VIII/M IX): Ebersolt, "Sceaux byzantins", p. 238, no. 379. Obv.: cruciform monogram in the name of the Virgin. Rev.: Κωνσταντίνῳ ὑπάτῳ (καὶ) οἰκονόμῳ. He was perhaps a layman who became oikonomos of the church of Constantinople.
