Konstantinos 26 was bishop of Pessinous in Galatia Secunda; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council at Constantinople, where he signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 148, no. 30 (= Mansi XI 989) (Κωνσταντῖνος ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Πισινούντων τῆς δευτέρας τῶν Γαλατῶν ἐπαρχίας).
